About the Role
Join our design team to create beautiful, intuitive experiences for event organizers, vendors, and attendees. You'll own the design process from research to implementation.
Requirements
- •3+ years of product design experience
- •Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design
- •Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- •Understanding of user research and usability testing
- •Experience with design systems
Customer Success Manager

About the Role
Help our event organizers and vendors succeed on Senntra. You'll provide support, training, and strategic guidance to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
Requirements
- •2+ years in customer success or account management
- •Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans is a plus)
- •Experience in the events or hospitality industry preferred
- •Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- •Passion for helping customers succeed
Marketing Manager

About the Role
Lead our marketing efforts to grow Senntra across all regions of Namibia. You'll develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage our social media presence, and build our brand.
