What we optimise for
Tickets live on the device. The QR opens with no signal, the scanner queues offline and reconciles later. If it only works on wifi, it doesn't work.
Prices, fees and payouts in Namibian dollars, through PayGate, into a Namibian bank account. No conversion surprises for anyone.
Region is the first filter everywhere, not a dropdown at the bottom of a form. An event in Zambezi is as findable as one in Khomas.
Every listing reads completely before a single image loads. Photography is a bonus, never the thing that makes the page usable.
